Sustainability
There is more to being a sustainable business than providing earth friendly coffee. It is our intention to run our business using the same ideology that we use to buy our green beans. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce waste and to be environmentally conscious.
Here are a few of the practices we've implemented:
- Recycling program
- Donate chaff and coffee grounds to local farms and neighborhood gardens.
- Reuse boxes and packing material
- Using reclaimed materials in our roasting facility
- Buying local whenever possible
- Website and email use 100% wind power
