This is one of our favorite coffees. It is a cross between Paca , a bourbon cultivar, and a maragogype cultivar. The result is a large bean that is beautifully well balanced and medium bodied. It is subtly sweet with great acidity, depth, and refinement. Once you try a cup it is sure to become one of your favorites too.
{ El Salvador "Santa Barbara" Bourbon }
Pea Berry Smooth and aromatic with a bright flavor, this Pea Berry from the El Salvador region is an excellent, well rounded cup. This coffee is produced by the same people that have given us Paca-Mara so you know it will be good. The Pea Berry is a smaller, undivided bean. But don't let that fool you, the coffee is full of flavor and the taste will linger on your tongue long after the last sip.

This Daterra offering is very interesting. It offers sweet and fruity aromatics that pop out of the cup. Medium to full bodied with a plum like fruit taste this coffee is fantastic! Yet another top notch offering from the Daterra plantation.
{ Brazil Daterra Pea Berry "Porto Bello" }
The Daterra Estate in Brazil is a leader in sustainable coffee production. Its dedication to protecting wildlife, water resources, and native forests coupled with ideal growing conditions make for some of the finest coffee in the world. "Porto Bello" is no exception. Smooth and aromatic with a bright flavor, this Pea Berry from the Cerrado region is an excellent, well rounded cup.
{ Brazil Daterra Espresso Blend }
This espresso comes from the fine people at Daterra. A blend of several Daterra coffees it comes to us in 50 # airtight foil bags to preserve the water content of the beans. This makes for a very consistent coffee with a round, substantial, and velvet-like quality. With slight fruity undertones, hints of chocolate, and an excellent crema this not only makes a fine espresso, it is also spectacular as a regular coffee.

This Daterra offering is actually a blend of green coffee. The experts at Daterra carefully select the coffees that combine to produce this excellent cup.
