Columbian Excelso
This Fair Trade offering from Colombia combines all of the qualities that have made the country famous for its coffee. The term Excelso refers to the screen size of the bean. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
The coffee that started iat all. More than a thousand years a go this is where goat herders noticed when their flocks nibbled on the cherries of the "Kafa" tree they would become agitated and rambunctious. Ethiopian coffee trees are thought to be the only native coffee trees in the world. Yirgacheffe boasts a sweet, richs, smooth, and full bodied flavor. WIth slight floral undertones and hints of citrus you can see why this nicely acidic coffee got those goats so hyped.

Try it as a single origin espresso if you are feeling adventurous.

Its full body and earthiness only seem to highlight the slight sweetness and fruitiness in the cup. The aroma is well rounded and full.
