Bluebird "House" Blend
Our signature blend combines Central and South American coffees. The result is a well rounded cup with a medium acidity. We give this blend a slightly darker roast which stands up well to milk and produces a coffee that is equally good for breakfast or dessert.
Shorebird Blend
A combination of dark roasted Latin American and lightly roasted Indonesian beans, our Shorebird Blend delivers a robust and hearty cup of coffee. This is the blend that will get you up in the morning. It maintains its flavor even as it cools and makes nice espresso also. It delivers a classic coffee taste.
Dark Horse French Roast
We use a combination of strictly hard bean Central American coffee for our French Roast. The hard bean coffee holds up to the darkest roasts without losing it's flavor or becoming too carbony. This is a very full bodied dark roasted coffee.
Boo Boo's Iced Coffee Blend
Discovered by accident this blend makes a bangin' iced coffee. Named after my dog Rocky, this lightly roasted combination of an African and Central American coffee produces the best iced coffee I've ever had. There is no need to brew the coffee extra strong, just brew, cool and pour over ice. It also makes an excellent cup of hot coffee also.
Dodge Podge Blend
Light and dark roasts combine to produce a full bodied and flavorful blend. The cup it produces is not overly acidic and is well rounded. This is one of our favorite coffees.
Freaky Meeky Breakfast Blend
This blend combines a dark roasted Central and a light roasted Indonesian. The result is a robust and full bodied blend that is well balanced. It stands up well to milk but is even better black. Aromatics abound out of the cup and it is sure to wake up the house with it’s distinctive coffee aroma.
Blue Moon Blend
Sarah’s favorite blend made especially for Blue Moon Café. Rich and robust, a prefect cup to start your day off right!
